Private Drive Livery provides private luxury chauffeur transportation services primarily operating within Houston, Texas and surrounding areas.
Private Drive Livery provides premium transportation services including:
– Airport Transfers
– City-to-City Transportation
– Hourly Chauffeur Services (On-Demand)
– Zone-to-Zone Transportation within Houston
– Maritime Transfers including transportation to ports such as Galveston
– Companion Class (transportation accommodating K-9 partners)
Services may be performed using the company vehicle GMC Yukon Denali XL 2024 or through approved affiliate chauffeur partners.
Private Drive Livery primarily operates within the Houston metropolitan area. Services outside this area may be accepted at company discretion.
Reservations may be made through the website, email, telephone, or authorized partners. A booking becomes confirmed only after written confirmation from Private Drive Livery.
All prices are listed in USD and may vary depending on distance, duration, service type, time of service, and vehicle type.
The company may pre-authorize or charge the full booking amount prior to service.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to pickup are eligible for full refund.
Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup may incur a cancellation fee up to 100% of the booking value.
Airport pickups include complimentary waiting time:
Domestic flights: 30 minutes after landing
International flights: 60 minutes after landing
Non-airport pickups include a 15-minute grace period.
Additional waiting time may be billed at the applicable hourly rate.
A ride will be classified as a No-Show if the passenger does not appear within the waiting period, cannot be contacted, or provides incorrect pickup information.
No-Shows are charged the full ride amount.
Passengers must behave respectfully and lawfully. Illegal substances, smoking in vehicles, and disruptive behavior are prohibited.
Drivers may terminate service without refund if safety is compromised.
Passengers must comply with seating and luggage capacity limits. Service may be refused if these limits are exceeded.
Animals must remain under passenger control and properly restrained. Owners are responsible for any damage caused.
Services may be fulfilled by licensed partner chauffeurs. Private Drive Livery is not liable for indirect damages arising from third‑party service providers where permitted by law.
Private Drive Livery is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or government actions. Passengers should plan adequate travel buffer time.
Private Drive Livery is not responsible for lost or forgotten items. Reasonable efforts will be made to return found items at passenger expense.
Passengers are responsible for damages including spills, smoking damage, or excessive cleaning requirements.
Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks for validly delivered services. If an unjustified chargeback is filed, customers may be responsible for associated administrative and legal costs.
Private Drive Livery shall not be liable for service delays caused by events beyond reasonable control including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or public emergencies.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the booked service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Houston, Texas.
Private Drive Livery may update these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be posted on the website.
