To protect the integrity of our fleet schedule, we require 4 hours notice for local transfers and 24 hours for long-distance charters. Cancellations made outside this window are billable at 100%
We monitor flight telemetry to minimize wait times. However, we provide a complimentary 45-minute grace period for commercial flights and 30 minutes for private aviation to allow for baggage retrieval and decompression.
We treat every passenger with dignity. Premium, sanitized car seats are available upon request ($25 setup fee). Animal companions are welcomed in carriers, ensuring no member of the family is left behind
For On Command (Hourly) charters, we operate on a dedicated-asset model. To ensure the vehicle is exclusively yours—staged, cooled, and prepped—billable time commences when the vehicle departs our Uptown Headquarters (3050 Post Oak Blvd) and concludes upon its return. This ensures you are paying for the total logistical commitment of the vehicle.
We treat our youngest passengers with the highest level of security. Premium, NHTSAcompliant safety seats (Infant, Toddler, Booster) are available upon request. Every seat undergoes hospital-grade sterilization before installation. A $25.00 setup fee applies per seat.
No member of the family is left behind. We welcome animal companions within the cabin. To protect the interior for future guests, pets must be secured in a carrier or travel harness. A $250 detailing fee applies only in the event of soiling or damage.
To maintain the pristine condition of our fleet for all guests, smoking of any kind—including electronic vaporizers—is strictly prohibited within the cabin. A non-negotiable $500 restoration fee applies to any violation of this standard
We do not wait at the curb; we meet you inside. For all commercial arrivals, your chauffeur will be positioned in the Baggage Claim area, specifically at the base of the arrival escalators for your terminal. Look for a discreet digital tablet displaying your surname. We handle your luggage from the carousel to the vehicle
For private flights, we bypass the lobby entirely. We maintain security clearance at all major regional FBOs to stage your vehicle tail-side. Your chauffeur coordinates with the flight crew to ensure the vehicle is engines-on and climate-controlled the moment the aircraft door opens.
The “Door-to-Door” mandate. Your vehicle will be staged directly at the primary entrance of your residence or office building. Your chauffeur will greet you at the door to assist with luggage before you approach the vehicle.
